The clothes were cleaned thoroughly, and there was no sticky, soapy feeling at all. In comparison, I've tried Samsung too, and the washing quality with IFB is better than Samsung. If you're after top-notch washing quality, go for IFB. However, be aware that IFB lacks in customer support
