Can I offer a word of advice as someone who has been there.. talk about nursing homes and care options with him now. By discussing it early before that "crisis" moment the whole family can be involved and get used to the idea and make informed choices. So much less stressful.

As having a close relationship with my grandad and him being in hospital over the Christmas and new Year period. I can really sense the pure love that Tom has for his Grandad and can relate to him. Keep up the good work Tom, absolutely loving the vlogs wish you all the best mate and asadios :)

Wish my grandad would've been around now days wouldve loved a relationship like this, he was the kindest, strongest and a big role model of mine. Sadly he died when i was 8, ten years on and sadly im slowly forgetting his voice, i use to have a video of him but lost it when i got a new phone. Watching this reminds me of him everyday keeping him in my mind and heart at all times. Thanks Tom for showing your day to day and keeping us entertained and we are truly the best family on youtube.

My grandads been in hospital now for 7 weeks, he went in for an operation and never came out. They did it wrong and he was in a coma for 3 weeks, on the edge of life. Seeing my mum break was the worst thing in the world. Honestly your vlogs got me through. I love you Tom thank you for eveything❤️

Loved Hearing the Great news about your Grandad tom! My Grandad went through the same thing as yours about 8 years ago and i may have only been 9 but i made sure i was there with my dad to collect him when he finally got let out of hospital! Loved this VLOG!

No stress brother, keep enjoying making sick content. We all love a drink and know how hanging out of your arse feels haha.
