quel couple mythique et quel simplicité de Romy c’était la classe la grande France!!!
She loved him so much, so unconditionally. And he broke her heart. So sad, somehow reminds me of my first love Peter, who broke my heart as well.
He says he never stopped loving her but they loved too much and were really young and passionate and had intense, violent fights so it had to end. But he obsessed over her to this day according to his friends with pictures of her everywhere, her gowns, and he carries a picture of her on her deathbed in his pocket everywhere he goes (which is kind of weird).

In 2017, he actually called her "the great love of my life" in an interview. And I mean, LOOK at how happy they are, and the way they hug and kiss and carry themselves in each other's company! No-one really knows what goes on between two people, of course, but to me, this looks like true love realized too late!

@@dianabraga4975 I was disappointed when I read she slept with him years later, not sure when but I read during this film he said they were like brother and sister, so it must of happened later, he also was after Jane Birking, I mean the way he left her was so cold, as much as I like him, I sympathize with Romy as a woman who was heartbroken before , a guy I was dating disappeared on me, to realize he had a baby on the way and got married, he never even said goodbye, we encountered each other at work and he didn't spoke to me, I was the one who approach him once and ask him why, all he said was, How was I supposed to tell you? The pain of that experience was so strong it even manifested physically, I used to shake, couldn't sleep, I had skin rushes, body pain, I used to dream I tried to hug him and that he laughed at me, rejecting me, I would wake up in the middle of the night crying, it took me years to regain my strength, I realize someone who does that to you deserves your forgiveness , friendship maybe , if there is growth ,but not your romantic love, your heart should go to someone who treasure it, Alain was a heart colecter, no matter how woman loved him he always wanted to be loved for many more.

He has said she was the love of his life. Alain Delon did not know how to love a woman as he was abandoned br his own mother when he was 4 years old and as a result of this he treated wemon very badly which resulted in his own loneliness through out his like. Meny wemon loved him but he could not let love into his life until his daughter was born. He has always remained friends with the wemon who he had a relationship with as they knew he was damaged by his parents. In romys case he was there for her up until the end of her life. He arranged her funeral and mad arrangements for her to be buried with het son David in the same grave. He is not a bad man just a boy who was not cherished by his mother and it had terrible effect throughout his life. His parents only wanted him when he became famous. His mother was a horrible person she took his first son from his mother despite Alain DELON NOT accepting that he was his son which was wronge. She adopted Ari which made him his brother. And inturn this had terrible consequences for poor Ari as he became a heroin addict like his mother.

Elle a un charme fou, c'est incroyable! Ce n'est pas du tout une beauté froide contrairement à ce qu'on peut penser des femmes nordiques. Elle est solaire. Je n'ai jamais compris pourquoi et comment Delon avait pu la quitter pour cette Nathalie rencontrée en boite de nuit ?! Avec toutes les Nathalie qui pullulent en boite de nuit …Il l'aurait quitté pour Brigitte Bardot ou Catherine Deneuve, encore tout le monde aurait compris mais là… Il faut croire qu'elle était trop bien pour lui.

Aber ich habe auch nicht nach Details aus ihrem Leben recherchiert oder Fotos von ihr gesammelt. So konnte sich ein "innerer Kontakt" nicht entwickeln. - GOTT möge sie und ihren verunglückten Sohn wieder ins Leben zurück bringen!
