I love how your stuff is done cheaply/inexpensively & looks like anyone could make it. I get depressed clicking on tutorials and people have all sorts of special tools and spend a ton of time making things I would have to practice years to look halfway decent and it's too much work to begin with. Your crafts look so organic and unique; I love them. Thank you for sharing with us!
I agree and was going to comment something similar! I love how Alwyn uses simple materials that you may already have around the house or can easily find on a nature walk. I love the idea of repurposing boxes and things like she has! ❤
Oh I love the dark wood texture. I don't have the money to buy real wooden furniture, it's usually the white ikea stuff. I'll definitely try this out with my office desk! thank you so much
if you're interested you can find some great old wooden furniture second hand in and charity shops etc as well as things like Facebook marketplace x i've seen whole wardrobes go for about £25! old furniture has so much character and individuality :)
@@kittybeckett5791 thanks. i'm a bit short on money and actually planning on moving to a bigger place in a year or so, so until then I want to make a bit of small, cheap changes until the big move :) but thanks for the advice! i live in the capital of my country and we have the greatest flea markets, antique stores etc. they can be pricy but i think it's worth it!

I just think old furniture is the greatest haha, It can definitely get pricey depending where you go but there is a lot of furniture that is priced lower if it is stained etc so it's worth having a hunt through. they last a lot longer than newer furniture too so it's definitely worth it if you can :)
Just a tip very lightly sand with at minimum 320 grit or higher, and use preferably a little bit more expensive paint than like dollar store quality. And of course finish it with lacquer and a good brush helps doesn’t need to be expensive just the right type for the right paint. :)

You mentioned where to get the boxes for the moon phase drawer ? I’ve looked for a similar box and I can’t find any , anywhere ? Loving your channel , so glad that I have found you . 🥰🌺 x
You can make the alchemy shelf the same way using three pieces of wood planks. I made mine that way. I also used another plank from a mini crate and drilled circles into them and then used cardboard to make the shapes of the moon phases. Much more sturdier and I love how wood looks. Definitely a must try DIY.
Yes I agree a really great way!! Especially if holding larger crystals. These cardboard ones are good for me as I really don't trust myself with a drill 😂🙈🍂🍁🎃

I am going to do make overs with my antique dresser and desk, and mini wardrobe. Candles, silk roses, greenery. A English ivy growing around the mirror. Make over my rectangle serving tray also.

Oh, this is so very inspiring! We do not have many crystals in our little home in the forest (only a few) but we have many fossils that we pick on the sea shore. I will do something like this for smaller fossils. Just found you channel and it is wonderful. Thank you for sharing this and making the world a more beautiful place.
