I really want Meowscarada to work but it needs too much to do so little. Pidgeot, Dusclops, Rotom, Alakazam, so many things to price. You need to discard energy and move counters to do just 200 damage... Thats not enough to knock any EX. Dragapult does 200 to active no condition required and attacks the bench at the same time and it is not an attacks, it is dropping counters (more difficult to block) And then with Meows you need to use an Ace Spec Stadium, you are giving your rival a free Ace Spec. Imagine Dragapult with then tree and sparkling crystal.
Well, Dragapult ex has quickly pushed up to pretty much an S tier deck now with Stellar Crown and will be a tough match up for just about any deck. In all honestly Meowscarada ex will be a rogue deck for now, but definitely be one of the better ones as it did have some traction when first released with Paldea Evolved and even saw some play at regionals when Charizard was ultra popular.
