    I followed the same process but it says an unknown error occurred during solution check solver output on solution information object for possible causes.
    What should I do?

    Its showing error in hex dominant

    Sir I have same process from video and used your step file although there is an error showing an internal solutions magnitude limit was exceed and not enough constraints appear to be applied to prevent body motion. What I do sir ?

    • @kevalkhona
      @kevalkhona  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Internal solutions magnitude limit was exceeded it is due to slower hardware
      Like less ram, slow hard drive, and slow CPU
      You can increase the size of element to overcome this problem
      2. Not enough constraints appear to be applied to prevent rigid body motion
      It is normal to have this problem with balls moving freely in the space
      The second problem is normal and gives a solution

    Is it possible to guide me for explicit dynamic analysis of bearing?

    • @kevalkhona
      @kevalkhona  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have not done explicit dynamic due to low system specs

    why we are giving no seperation ?

    • @kevalkhona
      @kevalkhona  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because the balls always in contact with the bearing shell and free to move within the space but should maintain contact

    • @kevalkhona
      @kevalkhona  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      But if we don't use no separation if takes default contact option ie bonded, the balls will not be allowed to move, they are like welded to the surface.
