Two madams who gave a cameo in between explaining similarities of Rajput cuisine must learn some good things from experts like Pushpesh Panth ji and understand that there was nothing called Slow cooked and Rich Mughal cuisine until they came to India and asked our very own indigenous culinary experts to cook food for them. They never had time to savour qorma or any other so called Mughal cusisine. Rajputs may have taken some inputs or evolved in cooking techniques but there is no match or complete influence of Persian or Mughal cuisine for that matter as it was all Indian techniques and food from east of Middle East to present day South Asia.
