I am glad u shared this! We can also pressure cook these foods to kill the Lectins however, too much heat does destroy the nutrients in our foods . It is true about the lectins!! Tomatoes, cashews and peppers gives me painss!! omggg due to the lectins in them..i had no idea until one of my students told me then I found Dr Grundy's videos and now your video, thanks for sharing
Absolutely I believe the actual problem is leaky gut not the lectins. I suffered like you and many others. As I heal my gut I am able to tolerate these things better and definitely by pressure cooking them first
