If you are a lefty do not even consider this rifle without holding one first. They are the most ergonomically unfriendly gun imaginable for a left hander @CGC: Does the front sight still fall off?
I have to agree with you on the ergonomics, the stock would be really weird feeling using left handed. The front sight seems solid on the one I was reviewing, and I have never noted that being an issue on others I have looked at. But I have not really been looking for that as an issue. I will have to do some checking on some other samples.
@@CraigsGunChannel There are a whole bunch of reviews on youtube where the front sight moves freely from left to right after just a few mags fired. One would hope that Henry has fixed such an obvious problem by now, because it was a problem that spanned many years.
I’m a lefty who owns the Henry survival AR7 and i have to say it’s perfect for leftys. I attached a tiny red dot i purchased from Amazon for like 40 bucks with a Picatinny rail adapter so the front sight is an after thought for me.
Thank you I will put this information to use!
Extremely helpful, thank you very much.
