Check in to the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora! Everything you could ever want in a Tahitian hideaway, you’ll find at this Four Seasons: thatched-roof bungalow villas with stone walls and mother-of-pearl details, locations on the beach or the lagoon itself, direct access to that legendary turquoise South Pacific water, and stunning views of Mount Otemanu. Swim with stingrays and sharks
Of course, it’s not enough to simply relax above the waves-you need to experience the warm South Pacific waters for yourself. Rent a canoe for a private, low-key spin around the lagoon, where you might spot stingrays and fish swirling beneath and around your paddle. If you want to get even more up close and personal, book a snorkel safari or catamaran cruise. Boats sail past the Otemanu and Pahia peaks before entering more open water, where you get to don your gear and jump in next to rays, and reef sharks (the friendly kind, of course).

When Europeans first encountered French Polynesian they were(male) impressed by the beauties (Polynesian women).They thought they have met up with sirens. Truly French Polynesian is a beauty in the sun.

Visited Tahiti in July (19) and got to spend the week SCUBA diving on a live aboard... Definitely going back to do more land time... but the water is as good as it looks!

I went to Tahiti for two weeks in 1987. First week was Bora Bora & second week was Moorea. Back then they called the main Island of Tahiti Pape'ete. Moorea is the sister Island of the main Island & famous cooks bay. I have longed to go back there since 1987. Sadly do not think it will ever happen.
@MrFalcon2001 I am old now & had identity theft a couple years ago & every penny to my name from 50 years of saving is all gone. Does not look like I will get any of it back & have to start all over again like I was 18 & just moved out of the house.

First off she’s gorgeous😍 but I wish it was more detailed like night life and traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner cuisine😋 but great video♥️
I'm from Tahiti, and outside of hotels, night life is pretty much non-existant. As for breakfast/brunch, it depends on the hotel but it's more or less your typical buffet (mash potatoes, beacon, ...) aside from raw fish and tropical fruits. However some hotels do prepare a traditional underground earthen oven with exotic ingredients. As for lunch and dinner, on the expensive side, French-Polynesian fusion cuisine is exellent and there should be one in almost every hotel (some are better than others).

Some shark species, such as the oceanic white-tip, in FP are extremely aggressive and dangerous. That being said most species are harmless, the trick is knowing which ones...
