I have a question. I am hoping you'll help me understand it better. Does this basically mean that Softwares built for internal use fits Waterfall Methodolgy for Project managers? Andf if it is product to be released for customers, scrum is recommended?
Not necessarily. Your internal user can be called as the customer too. The question is, whether that internal product will leverage your competitiveness in the market. If your internal product can leverage your competitiveness in the market, using Scrum can be very beneficial.

I am an advocate and find scrum fascinating, i'm just having difficulty what scenarios or exceptions should i use waterfall.
