I really love your content. It makes me think and explore myself. I was depressed about my life. I knew what i had to do but i didnt take action for a year because i thought changing is hard. I saw your video about Nietzsche and why we should live dangerous. "Downgoing is about facing the dangerous path you intuitievly know you need to take." I am in a changing process in my life right now. And i am really enjoying it so far. Thank you.

I agree, and am just now coming to realize this. I will add something to it though; focus on the one thing that you care about most, and do it the way that you want to, regardless of what anyone else says.
My passion is art but I have been struggling with resistance for a very long time. For so long I was unable to find a reason to keep creating. I could work out and run every day, but when it came to putting a pencil to paper I would often just put it off until later. I recently decided that enough was enough and got back into the habit of drawing every day. There have been a lot of ups and downs, but the more I create, the more I realize why I enjoy it and why it brings me happiness.
Society tells us that we need to be a certain way or have certain things to be happy. My form of creation is a way of letting all of that go and embracing my inner child. Progress as an artist to me has been re-learning to have no expectations, to create with no concern of results, just for the fun of it.
A lot of artists will tell you that you need to learn anatomy or techniques in order to be a "good" artist. There are even some who will try to argue that skill or talent are objective, which is utter hogwash. Personally I just wanted to draw the way I did when I was a kid, when I didn't care what anyone else thought of it, and in doing so I am much more motivated to continue to create and to push myself to make larger, more intricate pieces.
By the way, great video, I just subscribed.

I like your videos very much and I will recommend them to my son,29, who will definitely benefit from your content. Everything you say is correct and you also gave me an impulse to order Nietzsches "And thus spoke Zarathustra".
By the way I can underline what you say that we are not satisfied when we are "settled". My life was quite uncertain until I was in my early thirties and it never was a problem to me. When it became settled, I felt depression creeping up. Suffering became stronger......
Some years later, I changed almost everything (job, relationship, friends) because it was an inner necessity.
Thank you for your contribution. Greetings from Germany.

We are conditioned to believe in a certain way of life. As you said we are to find this fantastic job , house , relationship etc . Its entrenched. Its hard to find an alternative.

Happiness is close to the path of the truest heart. I think that’s really something quite profound, to follow that and it’s not like woo woo. It’s almost like The Tao where our individual happiness benefits the collective somehow I think.

Agreed, I think happiness is finding people who truly understands us "connections" and when we learn to let go of attachments "overcoming what came before." 🙏 2:12 "Life is about learning; when you stop learning, you die." - Tom Clancy
