Ed Spencer was a teacher of Jimmy's attitude for sure, Ed had been banned by quit a few sanction bodies and race tracks over the years. When the Spencer family showed up to race something was always going to happen. You should talk to Jimmy he would be another good one and he is way sweeter than his dad.
The Indianapolis Speedrome on the Eastside is now the oldest figure 8 track in the country. They just ran there biggest race of the year. Mark Tunny set fast time last Friday and won the race Saturday. Islip New York was the oldest track until it was sold and redeveloped
Damn, I didn't know Norm used to race at my hometown track, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, thats awesome. I lived about 15 minutes from the track. I remember seeing Ed Ferree race every Saturday night.
Both Ed & Jimmy Spencer got in more fights than wins. Jimmy was the tame one, believe it or not! Jimmy still attends races here in central Pennsylvania. He's got a nephew that races micros here in Pennsylvania, by the way!
If only Jimmy Spencer would tell the truth, I'd love to see you do an episode with him. It would all be made up stuff, but probably still pretty entertaining.
I can’t stand seeing people drive cars with out seat belts on , I just can’t stand it, history could be gone in a blink of an eye on public roads with all the crazy people out on my public roads, righ , thanks BigAl California
I was making sarcasm at this silly comment. Not real sure what he's talking about.. the man sounds fine to me.. that's the reason I said only one way to know about something like that

I was at Selinsgrove Speedway the night Ed got banned for life.
Glad to hear Norm mention Motordrome! Lots of good times there. Shame it’s gone.

Norm rules. Loved the Big Ben story in the main video. Hope to see him get a deal one day.
