Just go XT 850 and be done with it! They're on summer clearance now with special finance or $1K rebate applied at sale point, go gray, all the bells and whistles plus a winch/wench!
Just got a 24 700 xt in grey. Good so far. 12 hrs on it. I don't think I'll miss all the bells and whistles. Less switches/wiring. One thing is the visco. I'll have to see how it plows. Maybe a torq locker in the future. Great video!
Nice ATV! I am looking at getting the 2025 HD7 hunt edition, I would be coming off a 2007 Honda Foreman which has been a very reliable machine. In your video it doesn’t look like yours has the rear a-arm protectors on it?
@@CoreyP-r9j exactly correct i have them in a box. The front bumper and the rear a arm guards didnt ship with the quad. My dealer put in a warranty order and i have both. Bumper is on the a arm guards came second as soon as i get back to the cabin they will be installed. Good eye. You will love it. I too am a big honda fan. My first quad was a 87 honda fourtrax 200 sx. I still have it, amazing machine. You will love the hd 7 though. Its like having a big bore honda but with incredible suspension. Its a great work and play machine
The only other thing I noticed is the Outlander Pro Hunting Edition with the HD5 doesnt have the switch for power modes. You can only use the programed keys to switch modes. Other than that they are the same.

@ iv got to say, automakers and powersport companies alike need to hire actual enthusiasts (buyers/ end users) as product planning staff. They all have been making mistakes
Amazing info. Thx so much Does Can Am make a Legal 2UP in the hunter? I do a lot of off roading with my kids in BC Canada and selecting the most capable and suitable off roading model that has a Legal 2 UP is important. What 2023 Can Am model would you personally recommend? I really would appreciate your CanAm model recommendation perspectives?
@@WADZUP for 2025 they do make a 2 up version of my machine, the outlander 700 pro “max” is the 2 up designation. So it would be a twin to my hunting model but 2 up. I haven’t ridden one but i assume it would work well. The 700 engine can easily handle 2 up.
@@WADZUP i dont think they did but it appears to be in 2025. There are 850 and 1k 2 up options as well but given the cost of the 850 and 1k im pretty darn happy with my 700. I think its bottom and mid range and quiet engine

@@jeffsmith1830 for me the speed limiter is pointless but i use the rest regularly. I hope you continue to enjoy your machine!

@ another fail. The non trail rider would love an hd5. Its all you need for property work and recovering deer and transporting yourself or tools lol
