Just a couple of hints from an old collector, don't store knives in tissue paper or paper towels, a friend of mine found out the hard way, they draw moisture and cause the rust spots. Don't open two blades that are on the same spring at the same time, it causes undue stress and can break the spring. You got a nice bunch of knives there, I really like the stags.
Thanks for the tips! I'll keep that in mind. I guess you need to keep wiping them down with Ren Wax every couple of years. This seems to be the way to keep them looking good!
I can't find one old stock new knife from case without having to take out a loan to buy it. And here you are with a truck load of them. Man my dream haul.
Beautiful Collection. My favorite would be the 1980 Apalusa Bone Coke Bottle. I guess because I was born in 1980. haha. Will these be going up on your site for sale?
The knife doctor might be interested in some of them old beauties contact him if you want to sell any ..... Sure he be interested 🗡🗡🗡🗡🗡🗡🗡 he has a you tube channel ...... Do you know of him 🗡
The Jack knife from the 19:00 minute mark is a 6292 pattern large Texas Jack, one of my favorite patterns. Good purchases all around!
My favorite would be the 5375 stag stockman followed by the large Texas Jack.
Yes, that 9 looked like a zero. Good call, Texas jacks are a great pattern!

I believe you will find a difference between a "47" and a "047" . The "47" frame is 3 7/8" and the "047" is a 4" frame. Check it out....
Yes, thank you for the info. The 047 is the larger serpentine stockman. I didn't recall that while making the video. Thanks for watching!
