This is definitely better than my hota chains...coz the monters surround u...on ...no need to chase.,..man...why i never think of these...my hota chains is what i use in gauntlet...and i strugle at vanguard when i use it,.. definitely...swap to this one....thank you boss indez....thanks for sharing...

Try the new 1★ gem. It even adds to the insane flickertonne hammer smashing build because one Skill Damage boost and "Skill" Attack Speed. Base attack speed only for the primary attack but that one is for the skill action. You'll notice when you spam click, it smashes faster even if it's 4%! I got mine Rank 10.
Yes, it has faster animation to stack the HotA and since we aren't using any Main Hand essence for lacerate or frenzy, Frenzy is better. But totally honest, here you dont even need. Just spam Hammer xD
Yes, mainly because I use Dots in PvP, if you were ONLY pve player, you don't use Dots at all and you go with burst. Probably I would remove my Gloom Cask for Sweeping and keep the same setup
