Idk if I should state this as a coincidence but I recently too was really overthinking about something and was completely useless for weeks, I loved to play my ukulele (I learned all songs from you) but when I was suffering from the overthinking phase I just abandoned my ukulele and wasn’t interested in anything, and today only I decided to get back into my life and now that I touched my ukulele and was searching something to learn I saw this, and turns out we were going through kind of same situation and feeling. I really hope you get through it well ❤and thank you so much for saying “don’t think about past or future and just focus on present” it really helped me focus ❤❤❤❤
