Have watched this video again and again, and I also watched Feel the Funk vol.10 live. Hoan is really ruling Korean popping stages, even the world. Every year he is on a new level. I can remember the first video of Hoan that I've seen is bboy challenge 2009, that time he was also good but totally not like this! And the first time I saw him on scene was KOD7, from that he has became one of my favorite poppers!
All legends agreed that hoan is the best beat killer nowadays, and he already made history to be remembered forever, he is a beast and faultless when it comes to kill and murdered the beat, he is less than hozin or poppin j, they are better dancers than him, but hoan is one of the best also, no one can upgrade his moves during the battle as hoan does, he doesn't leave any kind of sound or beat in the same round without living and breathing it, he is the best ever for me to watch and to enjoy and to live the music with him, American poppers are the strongest and French are the best performing, but Korean are the best beat killers, since I start watching such videos I've never seen someone like hoan and I think I will never see again like hoan

I have absolutely no idea what all the fuss is about this guy. For my money the only poppers that are really mpressing at the moment are most of the dragonhouse crew,iglide,nonstop etc.and poppin john and greentek and the jabbawockeez(sic?). The whole oriental popping scene just leaves me cold. Lots of geeky looking kids doing boogaloo style and a bit of poppin without any real actual hit or pop to be seen at all. Just not thrilling at all,dunno why the crowd was ooohing and aaaahhing every two seconds. These guys need to take a look at oldskool people like boogaloo shrimp,og chuco,animation and wiggles and also the dragonhouse boys and pickup a few pointers on how it's really done. I'm not trying to hate,I mean the Korean b boys are just something else when it comes to breakin and some of the Japanese crews are top notch but when it comes to poppin I haven't seen one that's given me the chills like a good popper should. And before you pipe up I been doing(as a youngster) and following this shit since 1984. I know what I like, and it ain't this!
LotusFlowerPower You lost a little credibility when you quoted "nonstop", "dragonhouse crew" above asian poppers. But you really lost it all when you said "without any real actual hit or pop"... I won't argue more but just watch videos, open your eyes and learn. You aren't a popper to say so much bullshit, aren't you ? ahah.
LotusFlowerPower i find it appalling when i see comments like these which aim to degrade and disrespect dancers who train really hard daily for hours to get to the level they're in. Have some decency and go see them perform in real life before you judge them with your egoistic self-centred attitude. As Cedric said "open your eyes and learn" and I would like to add, you should revise what oldschool legends had to say about these creative & gifted young Korean dancers.
