This was an amazing journey. I had fufu for the first time last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. My brother in law is from Nigeria and he made it fir us with agusi soup.

Looks like you’re enjoying Ghana 🇬🇭. I believe Caribbean people can easily adjust to Ghana compared to other groups. So they don’t eat spicy food in Antigua ?
So throughout the Caribbean there's spicy food but definitely WAY more options for mild food. In general though if you want your food spicy you throw hot sauce on it. Unless it's jerk or a particular dish that has Indian influence. But you can like I said find others that are spicy. But just more variety.
