Bought one a 2 years ago. Problem with them is that the gap between the rollers cannot be adjusted. Therefor it will not do any tenderizing unless you have a very thick steak. Better off using a butchers mallet till they bring out an adjustable version.
Thanks for the comment. Yes on the no gap adjustment if I had paid more attention to detail, probably never would have bought it based on that!. But I am different then you, I found that it had to be a really thin steak to go through it. Only time I use it is if I want to do a CFS! Would never buy one again!
