What got censored?
The Jamie Hayter chants are proof that a wrestler really can get over by being that damned good in the ring, by being that good of a character. She's got it all: the looks, the size, the power, the skills. Make her champ already.
True, but if she isn't ready herself to deal with being the face of the division we just can't know. Also, we don't need another Adam Page situation were the chase was far far better than his title run. She really needs an established storyline, and interesting character developments to truly make a good run with the title.

I think the most underrated part of this whole thing was Penelope Ford's reaction to Britt Baker's promo when Britt was talking about Saraya's neck. She was like "Ouch, did she REALLY just go there?!" 🤣🤣

1) Gave her the title on her debut
2) Stood by her when she went on her drug tour with Alberto
3) Gave her roles in the company and kept her around despite not being able to wrestle
4) Made a movie about her

I definitely got to the point where I wanted someone else to wear the women’s title, but I cannot deny Britt pops me on the mic damn near every time. She can talk and she seems infinitely more confident now than when AEW began. She earned her spot at the top of that division. And, wow, Hayter is OVER.
Britt is IMO the only real star the women‘s division has (aside Cargill). All others just don’t have main event potential.
@@dasallmaechtigeJ I agree. The lengthy title run and time on television definitely helped. They tried to do the same with Thunder Rosa, but her skills on the mic never really did it for me. Jade looks like a star and talks the talk, but she’s still not great in the ring. Putting someone like that in a prominent place sometimes backfires , because they might not feel like they need to get better.
She's improved dramatically over the past couple of years. We're a long way away from that awful cringe heel promo from the Jericruise.

Saraya is definitely rusty. Seeing that she has not been in a ring or on TV for awhile. But I'm pretty she'll be fine once she shakes off the rust. Otherwise I'm glad that she is back in wrestling. But I'm wondering if she is going to be wrestling, or if she is going to be in a manager type role.
she grew up in the wrestling business, if she has any ring rust she'll shake it off pretty quickly
My guess is for the time being she'll take a more managerial role, be it as a ringside manager or an authoritative role until her neck has been fully rehabbed to the point in which she can be medically cleared to wrestle again, but how long that will be is anyone's guess.
Eventually when jaime turne on brit Saraya should become her manager

Deeb is t he best technical wrestler in the division. She can’t cut a promo though. Britt can but has had two broken noses cause she takes unnecessary bumps. Toni is great. Good with both. The right person to carry the title unil Hayter learns to cut a baby face promo. Athena and Madison Rayne are decent. But Athena isn’t a promo and shouldn’t have tried that move last week. Willow is about as good as Hayter and promos are slightly better. Penelope is hot and decent in the ring. But she has never cut a good promo. Thunder Rosa… kinda like Deeb. But she cuts better baby face promos. Sara ya should pick two to manage so she can cut promos for th em.

You can definitely see the rust. This wasn’t back and forth this was one sided. Britt is great on the mic. They had the chance to point out hayters rise to stir things up a bit for future storylines. Actually, they had a chance to create multiple storylines with this one segment but didn’t.

But even if she isn't wrestling. I think she needs to regularly be on TV. She has too much star power to be sent packing to Dark to do commentary.
