A breakdown of the process is as follows.
1: I start with 3 layers. Canvas, Sketch, and Paint layers
2: I use watercolors to tone the Canvas
3: After I dry the layer, I start blocking in the colors, painting with oil brushes. Essentially, it is my underpainting.
4: I start modeling the forms.
5: I merge all layers. At this point, most of the sketch is covered
6: I start using smaller brushes and adding the highlights.
7: Add signature and resize with Nanopixel jumping the DPI from 200 to 300. Ready for print now!
