i cant beat this boss (150) same set up. played twenty times cant beat the boss.does not work
150 Albus Iris(biscuit) Aidan(Albus) Lara (Vex) Isaac (Mara) Aandvari(Oliver) Beat 150 first try. Took almost the whole clock. Zero buffs
Thanks, this worked for me on 3rd try. Combo in video did not work in 15 tries.

ty. yours worked. 1x the pets made the difference. aidan and albus, iris and biscuit.
Finally worked but still took a bunch of tries and seems to also be a bit related to not using auto and building up extra skills and then turning on auto or maybe having Lara accumulate her extra's. Not really sure but it worked eventually.

It will be nice to figure this one out, as I am stuck at the moment. I got her to +3 purple level and I am disappointed so far. I need more points and those guardians are a pain. Solid as a rock and as soon as you make progress, they heal back to full strength. I tried different combos and nothing is working.

Got it on attempt 30 or something. Boss just died of boredom.
I was beginning to wonder whether Mike M's comment might be accurate: I used the suggested Andvari-Isaac-Lara line as well, with no buffs, and at level 150 my first nine tries resulted in four cases where my line got killed, and five cases where I timed out with Alvanor still upright. But the tenth try was the charm, in my case. So this suggested line-up *does* work, but there's no assurance that it will work quickly. In fairness, I'd be disgusted too, if I ran through the combat 20 times with zero successes.
Took me eight attempts at 150 with this team. Not bad, but not good 😀
This is in sane. I can't beat this boss. Hero Wars you got the last of my stupid spending money.
I'm not sure if this even revelant, but I noticed that on my unsuccessful attempts at Level 150, the last two enemies standing were always Alvanor and Mojo. When I finally beat it (at least 15 tries), the last two standing were Alvanor and Astrid/Lucas. Maybe the order in which you beat the enemy heroes plays a part in your success/failure?
maybe but it's not like you can choose who to attack 1st
I got it on the third try with A/M being the last two standing, so i guess it is random
Is there a means without using Andvari as he doesn't show up for me?
I tried it at least 20 times without justice and never won.
I did it on my 1st try with Ancient Justice 15, and this team, in only like 25 seconds.
Maybe try it with Ancient Justice 5 before 15, I dunno.
Thanks Charlie, for always sharing the fresh and new ideas. I believe your and other sites have come to show the unreliability of the LC. This unpredictability has allowed me to face two resolves. One, LC unreliability could prove to be expensive in chasing the rewards for the Glorious Victory (Gift Dom/Elemental Sphere - over buffing). Two, the event show how unreliable LC might be on offense, though her bi-polar skill could useful on defense. I've concluded that I probably better off chasing the store items(stones), and battle pass, then items from Glorious Victory tree.
How do you scroll down after the 16th hero to get to the 5th line in order to select Andvari? This is obviously a bug and no one among youtubers has even mentioned something about it!! Nexters is playing us time and time again.
I was just trying to find good old Andy, and was beginning to feel like drunk bingo-I thought it was here, where it go..? So it's not just me??
I had to google how to scroll down with a touchpad, use two fingers at once. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel in the middle, use the scroll wheel.

Did work the 150 with this team after many trys (had given up)....no idea how it was so random (was not even looking) just saw I won!
ok did this on 2 other accounts and the 150 without buffs worked, but it took many attempts. A matter of luck when it happends, Alvanor is the culprit, if his health does not go down in the last minute, then it usually ends in failure! Now to try 160 without a buff!
I'd love to try your team in battle but I only have 16 heroes available and none of them is Andvari.

How do you get Aandvari? I can't scroll down for more heros on my laptop, is there a trick to it?

I swapped out Iris's pet to Biscuit and it worked at level 150 first try.

All the recommended teams for level 150 I am seeing use andvari but andvari is not an option on my hero list
does it make sense that the team you use on 160 can not beat the 150???
How are you getting Anvarii? You have a whole extra role of heroes to choose from.
I have same problem no Anvari row either.

I was having issues with scrolling down to select Andvari and had to use the wheel on my mouse... and I never use it. Try that?
@@debrageorge8399 I am having the same issue and don't own a mouse. If there are more players you have to scroll down for, sadly the game is not accommodating for Laptop players then.
@@AmandaAtkinson-sf4jo I can make my laptop scroll if I use two fingers on my touchpad. Maybe that will help?

I can't get past level 150... I've been trying since yesterday, more than 100 times and I always lose, an event that makes your heart explode right from the start is not possible... wtf
Carefully look at the pet assignments for each hero in that lineup, it makes a big difference. I had to change 4 of them to match his exactly to get this to work.

Do this:
If Albus, doesn't work, go with Biscuit - Biscuit is nuts against healers. Then for the comp, arrange this strictly like this, Iris (Biscuit), Aidan (Albus), Lara (Vex), Isaac (Mara), Aandvari (Oliver). Only took me thrice for level 160.
25 times on 150 and still can't beat him
For 3 minutes, 5 heroes against one, and he finished the fight at 100% health. This isn't right. Come on.
Same with me. I loose the Fight in less than a Minute. Maybe the Tree of Wisdom does matter on this fight?
Had fights where i die in 30 sec, and a fight where alvanor was going from 10 to 2% then healing back to 10, for 2min...it's super frustrating
Like @madhatterclub666 wrote, switching Andvari for galahad let me win; I died a lot before too. And Biscuit is on Iris, and Albus is on Aidan.
@@swelunipolumi4445 Galahad is the reason I came close, and I have the same pets, there is just no damage on Alvanor for soooooo long and when he gets damage it's so small... then he gets a hard hit... but never enough. It can't be that random.
Andvari doesn't even come up as an option for me.

i beat 150 super easy with gladhand as tank and removed guy with stone hand he sucked i won my very 1st try on 150 boss

I got it on the second try. Auto mode only.
2 hrs still cant beat lv 150 boss
So much BS on here for level 150. So far nothing works after 30 attacks with different setups seen below.
This is the worst game element Nexters has ever come up with. Alvanor is insanely over buffed making for a really terrible waste of time.
My prefered team is Galahad (oliver), Issac (mara), Nebula, Lara (Vex) and Martha (axel) with Oliver as team pet.
