Accent, Eng Voicepack has emphasis on accent, most of the time Va's for the character are either from that culture or has learned the language in their native region . ENG VA for Sonetto has British accent when speaking while JP VA has a good english, but the Japanese accent still came through.

Her VA, Shu Uchida, spent 16 years living in Australia, so it's no wonder her English is nice
I really love her incantation attack lines, if only I could swap around different languages for different characters, since i'm on english right now.
I personally think Japanese voice really suits her, she sounds so sweet
I wonder why Shuu Uchida didn't voice her in English too. She's also fluent in English
