yes, the staff at these locations are horrible, visited on 01/18/2018, the staff at Aranya Nivas was not at all hospitable. Due to this, I personally do not recommend this destination.

Visited thekkady on Jan/18/2018, the staff at aranya nivas were very horrible, hence, I do not recommend this destination. The staffs at aranya nivas seems not qualified to do such a job , they need some basic training in hospitality.
