I’ve always thought that there’s been multiple toons considering that when you get an elevator, there can be two of the same toon and memories of the past are just recordings of the show.
To help with the confusion of dandy refusing to talk to toons, Sprout and Vee had this conversation about dandy, and how Vee was trying to talk to him but Dandy would just ignore and walk away from her each time she tried speaking to him. Sprout also mentions Dandy does the same thing to him as these two (Vee and Sprout) are the only ones with enough courage to like, talk to dandy and confront him. Astro clearly doesn't wanna do that cuz the two are literally ex best friends.

Rodger could have the power to turn regular toons into Twisteds. Is Rodger the one who is helping dandy? Or is he putting the blame on dandy if this theory is correct?
I got a theory what if Alter Walton (creator of all toons in game) is atactly Dandy from a failed experiment making toons come to life and the reason why he likes tapes is because he use what's inside of them to try to be normal again and when twisted form its because he cant use the tapes to try to be normal again??

i think dandy was tricked by deliah and so he became evil because he rejected the offer to rule gardenview by turning his friends twisted she was mad and sent him an ichor capsule that was loose and as soon as dandy picked it up it bursted out and got on him arthour probably checks on the toons every week so he came in and saw dandy dandy tried to kill him but he got away so he closed gardenview i think dandy sent out clones of his friends to try and save them but he can only watch as he kills the clones. his one chance to save his friends thats why he trys to help the players he trys his best but when they dont buy i think he turns twisted when he has a panic attack or mad so he gets mad or has a panic attack so he turns twisted it would also explain why the blocks in the lobby spell help hes trying to gain attention and help he probably has a little room hidden in every floor so when he goes down he has tape players and he watches them.
On a floor it shows toon handlers pictures so they probably took care of them and teached them but the dandy ones made him be bad and tell him to do bad stuff then later he infect everyone else
