Does the big doll say ideal on the back? If so, she may be a saucy walker playpal doll. Ideal made the classic saucy walker in the 1950s and then in the early 1960s they made the saucy walker playpal that didn't always walk. If she's not marked ideal, then it could be a clone of the playpal doll.
