    Christian, I enjoy watching you teach, so much! You're an excellent teacher, taking it step-by-step, making it easy for the beginner. I just purchased a Husqvarna Viking Opal 50 so I could do embroidery and quilting (which I have never done before!). I've never owned an embroidery machine before and last night was the ultimate in frustration for me! The thread kept bunching up under the material and breaking and then eventually broke the needle! I had to unhoop the design and watch another video on how to clean out the dust and lint in the bobbin area and almost completely gave up on the project. I decided to just cut all the bunched threads and pull them out and put some new stabilizing paper under and start over on that area of the design. I wish I had seen this video earlier because although the design finished FINALLY!!, it was not quite where it should be. Thank you so much and please keep teaching more on the use of these Viking machines!

    Thank you, Christian! Really super helpful. Love your step-by-step instruction actually showing us what you're doing rather than focusing on your face or some random store in the background (like the other one I just watched).

    Christian, your video is amazing.. I have a Pfaff Creative Vision (Diamond and Ruby are sister machines to the Pfaff line) so it is almost alike, and I have avoided precise positioning because I thought it would be complicated. Your video guided me step by step and now I am a master at precise positioning.. Thanks for the fabulous video, I really do appreciate it.

    Very nice demo, with the picture in a picture. Helps so much. Even tho my machine is a Pfaff, it's easy to figure out the technique..thank you..

    Hi Christian....thank you for another great tutorial. I was wondering how you can use this for a design that continues outside of the hoop. For instance if I have an embroidery design that takes up the entire hoop, but I want to continue the design below this stitched out piece, and need to re-hoop make it continuous, how might I do that? For example, if I want a floral design that begins at the shoulder of a dress, and want the design to continue down to the bottom of the dress.
    Thank you- I'm hoping you can show me/us this!

    hello again Christian! I've just tried your tutorial and I have a bit of a better understanding as I followed your video. I have the 2 blocks stitched out, but now I want to continue with another below these two. How do I do this?

    This was the best video! I am saving it to refer back to. One of the best parts was your voice modulation. Some videos by women are too loud and irritating. Good job! BTW, I am an Indiana girl!!

    Is it possible to do a different design? It seems everyone does the same one?

  • @billsalvey
    @billsalvey 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    for the sake of asking, how come you just didn't copy and paste the design in the embroidery window? this way you could put multiple pastes of the design in the embroidery window and align them together.
