The seat height is similar to an 85 for sure, you’ll have a slight power advantage, the Altis is roughly 28HP in comparison to an 85cc being around 24. However the Altis is heavier than 160lbs at a claimed weight of 185lbs. The Altis also has less suspension travel than an 85cc does. You’d definitely holeshot, but if situations get hairy the shorter suspension travel has less forgiveness in racing. All things to consider. The Altis has a 120v charger
The real question. Does it feel like an e ride pro or an ultra bee !? Or something in between. I don’t want the full weight of an ultra bee but I want the performance haha.
The front hub and axle standards are different, so not yet. This fork is wider than everything else in the market so far. Whats ur favorite Electric dirt bike Nathan? Brian? Brett? Sig or ultra bee
I'd like to see this as a supermoto on street.... That's more my style. 😁👍🖤
We did a bit of street riding that didn’t make it into this video. It’s a beast and would be awesome on supermoto wheels
Could you put motocross suspension on this bike forks and shock and have a full 12 inches of travel on it or are you pretty much stuck with what’s on it? Thank you.
Not sure about the forks yet but you can change the rear shock
That would be too much but 230-240mm forks would be great on this bike. Luckily a few forks this size are coming soon.
Ok Thanks for the replies
This seems to be same size 33” seat height of a yz85? How does the hp measure up? Can you limit hp? Question -racing it in the 85cc class at local races? Thinking of a bike for my son in that category. Weight? I think the yz85 is 160 lbs? Does it 240v charge?
The seat height is similar to an 85 for sure, you’ll have a slight power advantage, the Altis is roughly 28HP in comparison to an 85cc being around 24. However the Altis is heavier than 160lbs at a claimed weight of 185lbs. The Altis also has less suspension travel than an 85cc does. You’d definitely holeshot, but if situations get hairy the shorter suspension travel has less forgiveness in racing. All things to consider. The Altis has a 120v charger
@ getting a true full moto 65 and 85 sized electric like a Stark would be awesome and help grow the sport
@@ChargedCycleWorks would 85 forks fit this bike?
The real question. Does it feel like an e ride pro or an ultra bee !? Or something in between. I don’t want the full weight of an ultra bee but I want the performance haha.
where is this cool mini moto track ?
Fox Raceway - Pala Indian Reservation in San Diego County
Nice Video! I wonder how is the sound on this thing? is this more quiet than an Eride Pro SS 2.0?
There were a lot of people at the track surprised how quiet the bike is, the only noise you hear is the chain guide on it
@ChargedCycleWorks thank you guys, keep up the sick quality!
Can it accommodate 21-18" wheels?
Yes, and it’s one of the first things we will modify to see if it feels even better.
First! Can’t wait!
How can i get one???
Order there rev ride
Will the EXT FERRO fit?
The front hub and axle standards are different, so not yet. This fork is wider than everything else in the market so far. All that said, although the EXT is the best for the existing bikes in the market, I doubt many people will feel the need to upgrade the Altis' front suspension. It has a quality feel to it and worked very well in our short time on the bike.
great , but I need range
@@Ebbrush3 when we have a better place to ride, this will be in our next video!
Do you know the swingarm width? Im trying to order a supermoto setup for when they ship these bikes out next month.
We’ll measure it and reply back.
@ChargedCycleWorks i appreciate it 🙏
@@ChargedCycleWorks Any luck on the swingarm? And we need some new videos to help deal with the anticipation. 😆 You guys have the only production video out so far!
What's the price
is a 33 in seat height low enough for a 5'6 rider ?
That seat height won’t be a problem for that height
What track are they at?
Fox Raceway at Pala, CA
Looks kind of small actually when I see the action shots.
Why test it on a tiny little mx track?
This track was built specifically for emoto, so it made sense as a first test. The speed was more than enough for the Vet track, we just didn’t have a way to fit it into this video.
Bigger tracks, trails, range tests, etc all coming next
@ChargedCycleWorks The majority of people buying these bike are never going to see an MX track in their lives. Would like to see real world uses like bike trails and streets.
anyone tell me what helmet the guys are wearing in this video? appreciate it.
That is the Leatt 5.5 helmet
Options vs the pro SR everyone??! How's the seat Everyone complained instantly on the proto no complaints now?
This 100%
@Reshy00 I feel like it too I'm just kind of torn now! I thought it was an easy option and then the SR came out lol I wish I could know their continuous Watts like not just the peak that they're trying to claim and not tell us for how long burst or anything
Yeah this bike is the one now. Did you see how beat to hell the preproduction Atis Sigma was and it still road well besides the chain slap? The brand new E ride pro SR and 3.0 broke damn near instantly. On surronster channel. Reliability is more important to me and this bike has the speed looks, power and reliability behind it so far. @@Razorcrew_Cole
I'm still waiting to see more on the SR. Bigger seat then all the other bikes, A slightly bigger battery, And more powerful at 25kw.
@HiLuckyB I know it's definitely got me really torn up, I want to order something now but yeah I want to wait and see too! I am a little weary that they first said 62 mph top speed now the website says 70 mph top speed and 25 KW Out of the 72 volt is interesting does anyone know what cells in the pack
How does the Altis compare to traditional MX bikes like Honda 250R or KTM SX 125? Could these be on the same track together?
It’s got like 20hp
@@RomeJap 30 HP
Those bikes would shit all over this thing on a real Mx track
@@jcmoney4125 The reason I ask is because all these demos seem to praise the suspension and the torque and the speed, but never really mention the comparison between 2 and 4 stroke race bikes...
@@MissedFGC Speed is only one aspect of the equation.
No scale? No sale!
LOL, you expect someone to fly from Utah to California for a first ride review with a scale? As said in the video, future video.
@BrianLampright913 haha. No expectations. These guys provide us with great resources. Just saying I'm not sold until the weight is proven to be >186lbs
@@adrenaholic1
Where is this track?
Fox Raceway in Pala, CA
I came to see the weight 😅
sigma😮💨🗿
nice
So this, the MX5 or E-ride pro 3.0? 🤔 so many great choices on the market right now!!
@@brennerborec3422 agreed! Although it seems the MX5 has already been left behind. We see them shaking out like this:
MX5 vs 3.0
Altis vs SR and Ventus One
What are you guys going to have for upgrades on this bike right away?
Not many upgrades will be needed but we’re already working on footpegs, street wheels, and direct mount stem/risers.
@ChargedCycleWorks perfect well I'll be ordering from you then. I'm assuming that this suspension on this bike is okay but not what I want would be nice to see some options for front rear suspension upgrades...
@@ChargedCycleWorks Get a turn signal kit. I want to buy it.
It might just be me hearing wrong but sounds like the chain is rattling loud af more than other e-moto bikes??
There is definitely some distinct chain rattle but it’s purely because this bike has a chain guide. The motor and the noise that the bike makes is much quieter than all the other bikes. With how often I toss chains, I’ll take some chain guide noise to prevent that from happening
@ thanks for answering
ALL DIS SMEGMA??
lol
What is the HP? That's the question?.
ChatGPT says 22kw = 29.502 HP
Already have Gold 3’ warp 9 riser bars. Should look sick and match perfectly with the gold forks
@@xKINGxRCCx they won’t work yet unfortunately. Bar mounts on this bike is 7/8” moto standard
@ ah shoot oh well. Thanks for the heads up!
Why is this the only video and it's been a month?
