I'm inhaling this series. The Intro in part1 with Sara on the indoor bicycle... so epic. Pure physical end mental Power. There must be some magic particles in the water in iceland. Such a small population bringing up so many awesome athletes. The next level of evolution comes from iceland.
I'm a bodybuilder from Ireland, so obviously my gym is closed for quarantine. So I decided to watch CrossFit on Netflix and damn I saw Sara, firstly she's gorgeous but I didn't know how hard they train. So I'm a changed man my lifting philosophies will never be the same again 💪

I must withdraw what I said about Rich Froning eating healthy. It seems like he let on like he did in his book more than reality. A mini-documentary on Sigmundsdottir was released today and she went ham on how Froning eats Chick Fil A and protein bars often -- and once McDonalds at regionals. Maybe she is biased based on the glimpses she's seen of him. From what I've seen of his vlogs and documentaries, he also drinks bottles of chocolate protein milk and ate Papa Johns at the Games. I do know that Katrin eats extremely clean via Working Against Gravity diet programming, even on the celebration party after winning. The worst I saw her do was some chocolates in the Road To the Games video released this week. Also, Sara revealed she used to eat In N Out burgers every day after training until she got serious.
sara jerk at 110 kg (240 lbs) but dumbell snatch at 50 or 70 lb i jerk at 175 lbs max but i dumbbell snatch at 80lbs x 10 i don't understand my push press and strict also is at 75 kg (165 lbs) lbs i saw a girl to do 88 lbs push press and t was hard for her but to do 185 lbs at the jerk can someone explain to me ?
