The whole entire coast region has still alot of potential to grow. From Lamu all the way to south coast. With the upcoming Lamu port expect to see a boom with the upcoming Lamu city which translates to more resorts. With openning up of access to lamu via northern kenya more investors will be willing to open up resorts in those isolated beach areas in the lamu archepalago. then go down to Malindi the new baby in the block which is gaining prominence and then the spill over to Watamu with its own unique charm and Mombasa will always have developments being the capital city of the coast and the massive ongoing infra projects of dongu kudu connecting mombasa and diani. Diani is waiting to explode with the upcoming bridge connections of mwache bridge and another one not forgetting Likoni bridge the coast is waiting to explode in developments
