- Parents beware , young drivers are being ticketed.Neither recommendation nor threat will work .The bike is locked and the child is also locked in the police station.Police crack down on underage drivers of vehicles. There is no forgiveness for any bike rider or chingchi driver under the age of 18. In an interview with Urdupoint anchor Usman Butt, DSP traffic police Irfan Dogar stated that we must take all essential measures to protect children's safety and life. FIR files more than one thousand children who are underage from some last days in Lahore.

bicycles are much cheaper. You can also buy a 50cc if you can't pedal. You don't need a license for that either.

Its a correct way of stopping underage driving look at what happened a few days ago an underage driver killed an entire family they should have thought about the consequences about this before driving absolutely support the police on this im 17 years myself and have never drove our car and my parents didn't allow me too I go to college on bikea and I walk instead of using the car but I'll drive after getting my licence next year in may I'll turn 18

That’s ridiculous. These youngsters never killed anybody in accident and traffic challan/ ticket would have been enough. Registration of FIR would lead to difficulties they would face rest of their lives.Also threat of FIR would enable the wardens to fill their pockets.

Good action,80% accidents are done by bikes, or by reason of bikes. motor bike speed should be fixed 40 kmph, this would support to control robbery,decoite and accidents.
it's not speed but the difference in speed that actually kills.
Moreover would you like a slow motorcycle on right lane in-front of you trying to make a U-turn?
Government should take steps to smooth the traffic flow by fixing potholes and lane-markings, and stop encroachment by shops.
Traffic police should punish anyone who's speeding, not following lane markings, or other road rules.

i personally think they should reduce the minimum age for driving license to at least 16 years as there are many kids that need to drive due to some reason or another in many countries it is already 16 or even less.
