Ingredients for Tandoor Bread Recipe.
For the Ramadan Pita Dough:
° 5 cups of flour.
° 2.5 cups of warm water.
° Half a pack of fresh yeast (or 1 pack of instant yeast).
° 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
° 1 teaspoon of sugar.
For sauce:
° 1 tablespoon of yogurt.
° 1 egg yolk.
For the above;
° Sesame, black cumin.
