So are you gluten free now, Promise? We had to start cooking gluten free about 10 years ago and unfortunately dairy free as well ( we’ve got a dairy and gluten allergy in the household) so that part of eliminating dairy is tough. But gluten isn’t as bad as it used to be when we first had to start. I mean there was nothing but like one brand of awful gf noodles and bread. Now it’s so mainstream that we have options, so many options for noodles and bread. But that’s really the hard part is just finding good pasta and bread. Which is much easier now than it used to be. Other than that, most things are either naturally gluten free or easy to find gluten free!

Hey Hope,I had the grill cheese and tomato soup yesterday. The bread was perfectly toasted and had the CRUNCH. Could have had a bit more soup though.
