This is very cool. My brother and I did something like this after a blizzard in the late 70's. After the street in front of our house was plowed and driveways cleared, there was 6+ feet of snow in our front yard along the long driveway and street. We built tunnels and rooms all along the many yards, which took quite a few days to dig and lasted a good while until melts reduced everything. Our friends and us spent many days in those snow tunnels and rooms having loads fun.

Thats pretty fricken cool, living a mans dream. hope it snows that much down in the uk so i can do something like this one day, pretty unlikely though, probably gonna have to move out and far from London for that😅
It is actually pretty warm compared to the outside temperatures. Snow is a great insulator and helps keep moisture down inside. Over time the wood stove would cause some issues from melting the snow around it but it worked great for an overnight stay.
I doesn't have more views because it's just now showing up on the recommended videos list. If it doesn't appear there, it can't be viewed by many people. I don't know how to get it to show there.
Can't have a nice snow cave without a new car, so I'm gonna get that in here real quick and finish up the garage
This vid deserves millions of views 🎉
This needs more views. Great cave. Love from Alaska.

Ha that’s pretty awesome!
That's the biggest snow iglo I've seen so far on YT
Uhm actually according to my calculations and quantum physics 🤓It’s technically not an igloo because Igloos are made of blocks it’s a snow cave
Amazing!
Awesome video and project! Amazing!
Where is this filmed? Are you Canadian? 😁
So bad ass bro
Thanks for watching!

A lot of work but pretty neat
You did a great job 👏 ....is it warm inside of it and does the heat from the stove the ice any? Thanks for your answers.

What kind of roof jack did you use ?
I did not use any roof jack. I just used the one main support beam made of snow.
Wow!! Impressive 🤩..i saw you making it but i still cant believe it!!❤🫢..one thing though..wheres LEO🐕❤?😊
This video was actually made about two weeks before we got Leo. I drone over 2,800 miles to get him halfway across the county.
