It wouldve been so much more intuitive if the on-death trigger when touch triggered is activated be more like "if the player is in the area of the trigger activate the groups on death" instead of it toggling it just if you've touched it
Video idea: Make a level with several alternate paths where all but one kill you. You need to find the one that doesn’t have a random spike wall at the end, and dying at the end of each wrong path gives you a hint on where to jump/miss and orb/etc. but the right path is only open on LDM
You should make a 3 star level but if you miss any jumps there’s an invisible teleporter that teleports you to a replica of the silent clubstep straight fly at the beginning

Is your editing bar a texture thing or can you change it in g-dash settings? Asking to get more comfortable at making levels. Unless you’re just using 2.2 then nevermind.

Its “Better Edit”, a mod for gd, so, no, but you can change how much items there are per screen in the pause menu in the editor with the gear.
the button layout is just a gd setting but there's added buttons in the edit tab from betteredit
