1/10: Absolutely Horrible (Just wets the car)
2/10: Terrible (Just moves dirt around)
3/10: Pretty Bad (removes some dirt but not much)
4/10 Average (Cleans the car but has a lot of room for improvement)
5/10: Decent (Cleans well with decent chemical coverage)
6/10: Pretty Good (Cleans well with good chemical coverage)
7/10: Very Nice (Cleans very well with very good chemical coverage)
8/10: Awesome (Excellent cleaning with very good chemicals and dryers)
9/10: Absolutely Incredible (Excellent cleaning with excellent dryers and chemicals)
10/10: Perfect (Cleans perfectly, chemicals are perfect, and dryers work very well)

my town used to have a Monarch II. it was the BEST machine. it ALWAYS did a great job. They ripped it out a bunch of years ago for a Belanger Kondor. Nice machine too, but it bugs out and has lots of issues. The Monarch II we had was a little different, and was maintained VERY well, so the arm didn't hit the side of the unit. it also came with the dryer that came down and went up as you drove through. I had no idea what this machine was called, and I spent MONTHS a few years back trying to track it down. These car washes literally give me nostalgia. I'm very sad that they ripped out such a beautiful, well maintained, rare car wash. I HOPE to find one again one day in as good condition, but I doubt many are left because of their age. Great vid. I’m sure they are, but this one has seen better days. It’s almost always out of service, and I bet it’s replaced by now, or at least the bay is gutted.

This machine came out in 1987 (I think) and the Laserwash 4000 came out in 1989.

They should fix the spray arm someone definitely hit it with how bent it is or they had a tow hitch on it and bent it but very nice video
