If you take regular taxis (yellow cab type) in urban regions of Mexico, yes, they will not be very sophisticated with GPS, etc. Yet if you use Uber (considering it provides service in that city), or Didi, you will have the usual app service with GPS.
Wow!!!!!!, a year ago you entered Mexico! ("Mi casa es tu casa" my house is your house, which in the same words includes you) It's good that you are already halfway there, and that you enjoy the landscapes, the people, the food. ; )
Good to see you are back on the road Kseniia and good to hear your voice. Looking after your health is the most important thing. I am already looking forward to the next video.

Getting too dependent on the celular phone is a killer. Why not try an old, very old, 'method' I used when I was young, traveling without cel phone, internet, or the like: a phrase book. The person you're trying to communicate with can read the corresponding translated phrase or sentence, or you can write down what you need like the destination, hotel's name etc. copying from a related phrase You gotta be resourceful when in need
I had the address written down, but the driver had no idea where is it - Pachuca is a big city, it’s impossible to remember every street and corner. And I am not local, so could not tell the directions by heart 🤷♀️
Kseniia, hope you feel much better! Not in all Mexico doctors use typewriters, I’m sure you went to a clininc near a pharmacy or to a place for people with low income. I like your videos, but please, explain this is not in big cities, or in better clinics 😊.
Hi! Thanks :) I had a great experience with medical healthcare system in Pachuca - whichever clinic it was. I am sure the clinics are different across the country - some are less equipped, some are more equipped. Same as anywhere else in the world. Typewriter was just a highlight of my experience because I did not expect to see it.
Yes, it's getting hard sometimes. But I actually live the same when off trips - I do not rent anything, etc for over 2 years now. And what I found out for myself is that the trick is to stay for longer at one single place (1-2 months for off-trips, a couple of nights per place for on-trips). Also, it helps to have Skype/Zoom calls with people dear to you - emotional support is a king. Sometimes I need these calls every single day when on the trip - when things are getting rough. And afford a place a bit nicer from time to time to relax - even though it might seem like an unnecessary expense.

My goodness Hidalgo mexico ia a big city!, I hope that you are doing well, and that you got your voice back soon while you were in Hidalgo!
Hey You block: backing music is so loud .and some sound is Left channel only audibility.
How do you deal with loneliness and sleeping in unusual places for long periods? On my recent trip I got tired of Airbnb and hotels pretty fast

Hi, I was wondering what type of phone holder do you have? And would you recommend it?
Hi! I use peak design and I love it!
You look so cute with the hard hat on 😊
