The number 4 and 5 advice is one of my current problems. I overthink a lot with the small things. I can't forgive myself, its pretty hard and I want to change for a better without nonsense cringe of small things. This keeps me away from my family and my friends.
Stop your bad habits (anything you do that isnt healthy for u), gossiping, being late, wasting money Start saving Stop going back to your past relationships, let go of your past STOP LIVING IN SOCMED (respect and value your time) Stop comparing yourself to others Stop doubting yourself (slow down and live in gratitude, improve yourself)
