My ideal setup for going to bed, this video, me being a tiny bit cold, tucked under my blanket and comforter, with a glass of water on my bedside just in case I get thirsty, and a body pillow (just like a regular one, not an anime one lol). I would fall asleep for 13 straight hours.
Lucky, I can only sleep for about 6 hrs before waking up for school

Probably the most tingle-y first two minutes I've heard in a long time. Sometimes TH-cam suggestions are spot-on.
I kept turning up the volume trying to understand what she was saying now i feel like an idiot

The "barely audible" subgenre of ASMR has always puzzled me. It seems to have more to do with gain and volume levels than anything in the ASMRtist's performance being different from a "regular" ASMR video. Any "regular" whisper video could be made "barely audible" by the viewer turning the volume way, way low.
And that's actually what I usually do when I find myself relaxed and moments away from falling asleep. I turn it the volume so low that I can barely make out any of the words. 💤
