Well done for making a start, because not being the ideal weight really isn't about the weight. It is about that annoying uncomfortable feeling and just not feeling comfortable in your own skin and your body actually feels unwell.

Definitely. I’m not comfortable in certain looks & styles, showing off skin because I’m not liking how I look. I really just want to regain my confidence & comfort
