I'm a fan of Brother Art. He doesn't ask the same, ridged line of questions that other creator partake in. You get more out of the interviewee if you don't conduct interviews with the same, predictable questions.
Lol I almost didn't put this one out. It was spur of the moment and I wasnt prepared. He was cool though and excited. He's a good conversationalist. Hope to run into him again, hopefully with a tripod and my other camera for additional angles.

eventually this area WILL change, it's a progressive change that is already starting with developers buying up cheap properties - i've seen the same thing happen when i used to live in nyc in the meat packing district. Go take a look at the meat packing district now, ritzy cafes and high-rises... just wait and see, 10 years from now kensignton will be hip & cool far from what you see today
Yea but sadly gentrification just makes it harder for all the poor and middle class people that are currently living there. The economy is already toast, hopefully prices don't skyrocket in Kensington once they clean it up. There's plenty of decent people in the area just trying to get by
