Thank you for sharing your story “how to score the birkin”. What Inspired me the most is, you let us know that your financial are independent (mortgage free). Even before you have this handbag. Your story are inspiring 💐.
I thought that it was important to give this purchase some context given its price point. Social media and the endless unboxings can give us a very skewed sense of affordability and the ability to buy luxury purchases. For me its still a really big deal!

Thank you for posting your realistic story and Congratulations on your Birkin (and many more pieces)! I like that you talked about how you saved up for it and how long it takes. I live in NYC as well and am scared to walk into the Madison store. I do want to meet an SA there. Lets see! Now i need to go save up for my Birkin. I hope to have a color Birkin for my first. 🤞
Yay! Fingers crossed that you get the Birkin of your dreams. I know that it's easier said than done but try not to be intimidated. Remember that they are there to serve you!
Great bag and story. Sadly, the people who should hear this won’t because of the algorithm. The fact that you kept coming back every year and gotten along with your SA are key. Either have a lot of money if you want a B/K in a relatively short time frame or spend little and be offered a bag in 4-5 years time.
My SA asked if I was interested in B/K years prior but I wasn't at the time. Thanks for watching.

Beautiful bag! You seem so sweet I’m not surprised your SA wants to help you out with your requests. I just started shopping at hermes and met my SA for first time last weekend. Do you have any advice to give on how to best communicate with an SA so they have your wishlist top of mind? I assume if they haven’t offered it means they don’t have so best not to keep asking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! 🙏
This is really hard since you don't know your SA very well. So much is dependent on variables that are out of your control such as stock level in your city, the SA's personality, strictness of the store manager regarding quotas. So all that you can do is be nice, clearly communicate your wishes when you feel comfortable doing so, visit the store when there are things that you want to buy. Occasionally checking in about quota bags is ok but constant reminders may have the opposite effect. Thanks for watching!

I am dying to go into the hermes boutique and treat my self to a nice cdc :) but i am hesitant because the stories about Hermes employees..

I go to the Madison ave location but I’ve actually heard that the SAs are friendlier at Wall Street. Not sure how true that is. Thanks for watching!
