Roles are determined by where the player lanes at early game and where he rotates. But it could change throughout the game. Like if he keeps getting kills (intentionally or not) he will eventually become the second core or main dmg dealer. That's just it. Beto described this game as support cause whenever he plays cyclops, he plays him as jungler/core with retri (of course) which in this case, he did not do.

As a Cyclops player, this is great! I will play him with a support emblem. My friend/idol tried him with that emblem and he did well. I’ll give him a go. You should NEVER underestimate the mage with one eye!
