Here's an idea (Episode 10): Vietnam and China would start having bad relationships after Vietnam joined SEATO. China has planned to attack Vietnam after joining the SEATO Alliance with The US. The US and other countries in SEATO had found out about Vietnam and China having a war, so they decided to send troops to Vietnam, and Russia and other countries who are allied with China also send troops to China. The war had ended with Vietnam winning the war, and China losing the war. Yeah.. That's pretty much it for me.. This is the only idea I came up with.

Nationalists take over Namibia and then they declare war on Angola and Botswana. EP 10: Mongolia finally expands into China, with support from the USA, Taiwan, and South Korea. Japan is unsure if they should support them. Meanwhile Pakistan declares war on Afghanistan, Iran joins in on Pakistan's side. Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan declare war on Iran, leading to a Middle Eastern war. That's what I got.
Idea for Europe (Episode 11 maybe) the Balkans want to launch an attack on Serbia because they somehow found out that Serbia is trying to get rid of them all, so they contact USA to support them in case something goes wrong.
