Wait so does his BT and overhead effect basically mean that it adds the overhead amount of hp damage into each hp atk without hp dmg cap? Kinda like enabling the party to do Rufus/Astos damage? If that is true, that sounds seriously busted
The damage in his BT phase is just bonkers, like bazooka on steroids
