Wow, that is a super cool effect and it's awesome that it's in a place where it can be enjoyed by so many people.
I think it's a decent place holder until I can repair the rolling ball table
Great looking table :-)
For the ceramic light fixtures, I’ve never seen them get “scuffed”
They are really tough! Maybe in the future, you can leave it out in the desert wind for a while? I would NOT consider sand blasting, too much risk of chipping?
Thanks for the video, this is fantastic as always!
Sorry about the aches and pains but I feel ya, Brutha! I just removed and replaced two badly corroded bathroom sink fixtures and the next morning I had bumps and bruises like I had been in a barroom brawl the night before - a feeling I’ve not experienced since long ago in my USMC days. 🤣 Yep, getting old is rough on Makers. Rock on, Brudda! You do some awesome work and I appreciate ya!!! Cheers!!!
Greatly appreciate the words of encouragement 👍. Squirming your way under bathroom sinks is nothing short of a contortion act. I've had my fair share of navigating under sinks when I had my home repair biz. I'll climb under an infinity table anytime.
Cool. Thanks
Thanks
Those dang thick shirts...always getting you stuck when you're in a tight spot! 😁
The center truss really sells it. I've seen some of those infinity projects that are just lights and they are interesting for about 2 minutes. The truss makes it look like you are looking deep into the abyss. A ladder on one end would make it look like you could climb right in.
Damn shirt😁 there's a ladder on one side but it could be more substantial.
May I suggest, using the point of a knife to peel the backing from the VHB tape, you just jab near the corner, lift and the corner will come up! There is very minor damage to the sub substrate, but I’ve never seen that be an issue.
I will normally use a blade but totally forgot to bring it under the table. Great tip for sure.
👏
What a shame that they covered the beautiful rusted panels with such ugly chairs. The mine shaft looks amazing! And Doug, come on, you are still in great shape!🤩
Ah thanks
