Nice balanced presentation. For me I am a collector first but it is always good to keep abreast of what could be worth a bit more in the future. Ultimately though I get a coin because I like it/want it now for my collection 👍

Thanks for the video and hope you and your family are well .You know the S is for Sophie (lol).We have lots of them now as we dont need to put them back as yet Sophie can on sell them when she needs to .The 5-10-15 year plan sounds good advice as we hope the number of new coin collectors will continue to increase as in the UK.Theory is if everybody keeps as many as they can the newbies will need to pay a premium. Just as we do now for things we want and will never be able to find...and on it goes...

I'm guessing they released numbers on the A,U,S Coins to make room for the A-Z Coins Numbers to be released, end of year. I suspect they may not be all the same Mintage... Which one will be the Lowest ???

I reckon the Great Aussie Coin Hunt $1 will all have the same mintage except for the mint mark A.
The dollar discovery coins were minted in 2018 that has probably more to do with the release of the mintage numbers

I've never had any trouble finding the discovery coins, same with the 2015 anzac, but the 2017 anzac has proven to be elusive.

Great video, PJ thanks for sharing I have been banging a good few. How you are well. No way I would go on Auction on EBay as I got stung with an Auction now I am waiting for refund after 48 hours

Bruce Macauly I won an Auction I then paid using PayPal I was then advised that item was on its way some two days later I was contacted by seller that his wife had a premie baby I contacted him and said Hope wife and baby are ok He said I will send 100 percent the following Monday which was a public holiday in my state easter. Two day later get another message from seller. I will send last Friday of holidays I then said enough is enough just refund no more excuses. Contacted EBay several times now have to wait 48 hours I don’t like getting touched.
