I was about 40 minutes in before I noticed Math wasn't there. I hit play and started my work day. Only criticism would be is Champ interrupting a few stories. He had great questions but let the guest answer and talk. Respect to the team. great listen
I don’t think it was anything major. It seemed like at times when Mec would go on his tangents, and as a fellow Aries I can relate, Champ would get a little annoyed, especially when Mec is in 1st chair. So it’s good to see their chemistry mesh. Gat coming into his own as well 💯✊🏽

He said 50 told him that’s what happens when you trust a crackhead because Buck was on drugs and spiraling out of control and 50 was like who’s side is you on and Sha was close with Buck at the time because he was working on Buck the world plus. They wasn’t as close or never same when they blew up because Sha came to 50 asking for 50,000 dollars for everything he did for 50. 50 was like what? Sha broke down everything he did for 50 and 50 said yo look I’ll give you 30,000 and a point on my album. Sha was like no and even 50s lawyer pulled Sha aside and said take the point and he refused. Sha took the 50 thousand and gave up the million and something he would of made and 50 saw what kind of person he was dealing with yet still was working with him but knew in the back of his mind, Sha can only go with me so far

50 explains a very similar legal situation with a lawyer, about money Smurf was owed, and Smurf settled for like ten thousand dollars and gave up a whole 1.2 mil or some shii.
50 didn’t write about him in the book but this is the guy 50 told that story about him knocking him over the head for using the studio instead of taking a point on the album held a grudge against him for that. He did bring it up later *correction 50 did address this in his book and openly stated he felt Sha Money was disrespectful for demanding 50K up front and made it his business to make sure he didn’t make any money from the label. I wonder why they didn’t ask him about that in this interview?
Dope interview, although I am curious to why four other people that have been interviewed about the in the club video situation with Shug Knight all said Eminem was outside. And it’s not like those other people all said it right after it happened like Tony Yayo, Bizzare, Loyd Banks, and Swift in interviews spanning over like a 15 year period, so it’s not like everyone got together to make sure they had the right story or anything corny like that. All claimed Eminem went outside. I wonder if he’s just remembering the story different it was 20 years ago.
