Yellow Scotch bonnet peppers
Red Scotch bonnet peppers
Red bell pepper

I really don't know about other countries, but in Nigeria it's called GREEN LEAF/AFRICAN SPINACH

Hi, you can use any other vegetable for this recipe. This particular leaf I used is Nigerian leafy vegetable/spinach, we call it "greenleaf.

It's a greeny Vegetable/Spinach called green leaf in Nigeria but you can always use any Vegetable/Spinach
